Every order begins with a confirmation email and continues with a shipping update once your parcel has been dispatched. If a carrier has not scanned the parcel immediately, allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking page to activate.
If your shipment appears delayed for several business days, contact us with the email used at checkout and your order number if you have it.

Check your confirmation email
After your order is placed, you receive an order confirmation at the email address used during checkout.

Wait for dispatch
Orders are prepared before tracking becomes active. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, a shipping confirmation email is sent.

Open the tracking link
Your shipping email contains the tracking link. Some carriers need 24 to 48 hours before the first movement appears.

Contact us if it looks stuck
If tracking has not updated for several business days, send us your order number and we will review the shipment.
