Returns, withdrawals, and refunds

We want every Reichtmann order to arrive in excellent condition. If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant.

    Start the request

    Contact us through the Contact page with your order number, email address, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Wait for instructions

    Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions. This helps avoid lost returns and processing delays.

    Return the item

    Items should be returned clean, unworn, unused, and with original packaging where possible. Customers may be responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Inspection and refund

    Once your return is received and reviewed, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

EU withdrawal right

For many online purchases delivered to EU consumers, a 14-day withdrawal period may apply from the date of delivery. Certain exceptions can apply under consumer law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us quickly with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Non-returnable situations

Returns may be refused if items are worn, used, damaged after delivery, missing key packaging, or returned without approval where approval is required.

Exchanges

If you need another size or item, contact us. Depending on stock, the fastest route may be returning the original item and placing a new order.
