From confirmation to delivery.
Your confirmation email is sent after purchase. Tracking activates after dispatch, and some carriers need up to 48 hours before the first movement appears.

Your confirmation email is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Your order is prepared before a carrier can collect it.

Dispatched
When it leaves the warehouse, we send a dispatch email with your tracking link.
